Re-Opening Safety Plan 

Providing a safe spa environment

We have been through a lot over the last few months and we are eagerly looking forward to resuming our normal routines. We know for many of you that the services here are essential to your well-being and we cannot wait to being offering them again.


Below you will find new polices and protocols we’ve implemented in accordance with NYS guidelines to provide a safe spa environment. As we put these into practice we appreciate your understanding and willingness to work together to navigate these new waters.


At this time we cannot offer facials or a couples massage.

Book a Treatment

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY: walk-in appointments will not be allowed at this time. Please book your appointment at least one day in advance by calling 

631-668-4815.

STAGGERED APPOINTMENT TIMES: Times will be staggered to limit close contact between staff and clients. Our indoor waiting area is closed, but we have a lovely outside front patio to have a seat while you wait.

PAYMENT:We will take credit card information at time of booking. Cash payment is also acceptable on the day of your appointment. For your convenience, gratuity envelopes are also provided in the treatment rooms.

Appointment Confirmation

You will receive a call or email confirming your scheduled appointment. The day prior to your appointment, you will he asked to complete the required COVID-19 questionnaire detailed below. If you do not complete the form by 6pm your appointment will be cancelled.

Appointment Check In

Upon arrival, please call 631-668-4815 to let us know you are here. Since we are not utilizing the indoor waiting area, we ask that all clients remain outside on the patio or in their cars until you receive a return call from us. This call will let you know we are ready for you.

As you enter the spa before your appointment, please stop at our check in station to complete the following:

1. MASKS: all clients MUST wear their own face mask/covering until the start of the massage and while you are face up on the table. If your mask is in poor condition or if you forget one , we will provide one for you.

2. TEMPERATURE CHECK: all clients are required to have their temperature taken upon entering the building. Any client with a temperature above 100.4F will be asked to reschedule without penalty.

3. HAND SANITIZER: upon entering, all clients must sanitize their hands with EPA approved products.

4. SHOES: Please leave your shoes at the bottom of the steps.

COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire

The day before your appointment by 6pm you will be asked to complete a screening questionnaire found below. The questions will include:

-Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100.4 or above?

-Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?

-Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms?

If you answer YES to any of the questions above, your appointment will be rescheduled to another time without charge. A fee will be applied for any no-show appointment.

Spa Protocol 

Our strict cleaning protocols have been enhanced in the following ways:

All surfaces that the client or therapist come in contact with will be cleaned using EPA approved disinfectant. In order to do this thoroughly, therapists have extended time in between each appointment for proper cleaning of treatment rooms and common areas.

All linens are professionally cleaned using hospital grade cleaner.

All treatment rooms equipped with Air purifiers with UV sanitizing.

Hand sanitizer and wipes available throughout the facility.

Staff Protocol 

In order to provide a safe massage environment, all staff are required to conduct temperature checks and complete a screening questionnaire before beginning each work day.

All therapists will wear protective masks, a face shield and/or safety glasses, and aprons that will be changed for every massage.

All therapists will be tested for COVID-19 before returning to work and every two weeks thereafter.

This form is required to be completed no more than 24-hours and by 6pm the day before your scheduled appointment or your appointment will be cancelled!

Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms?*
Have you traveled outside of New York State in the last 14 Days?*
I understand that my name and contact information might be shared with the state health department in the event that a client or practitioner at this facility tests positive for COVID-19. My contact details will only be shared in the event they are relevant based on suspected exposure date, and only for appropriate follow-up by the health department*
I understand that close contact with people increases the risk of infection from COVID-19. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved and give consent to receive massage from this practitioner. *
